  • Anyone can improve their physical (and mental) wellbeing, regardless of their age, weight, or muscle mass. How do I know this? Because I've seen it happen again and again. You don't have to be a twenty-something who's in amazing shape before you can work with a personal trainer. My job is to meet you where you're currently at. Together we can work to get you where you want to be.

  • While soreness is a natural part of exercise, you should never do a workout that is actively hurting you. My customizable workout programs include a number of variations so that you can modify them around your capabilities. They can also help you improve function and flexibility, reducing pain and stiffness over time.

    If you have more advanced limitations, I'm happy to consult with you and determine the best course of action.

  • We only get one body, and it's very important to take care of it. I believe that money put towards physical wellness isn't an expense; it's an investment. Hello there!

My name is Austin Gelhar. I'm a certified personal trainer, and I know firsthand that physical fitness isn't easy. There are no shortcuts. You have to put the work in. But laziness isn't what stops most people from reaching their wellness goals. It's fear. They're afraid that they'll look stupid, or they'll hurt themselves. They're afraid because they don't know where to start, or they don't have the equipment to get started.

I built these customizable workout programs to be as unintimidating as possible. Don't want to step into a gym? You don't have to. Not sure how to do a particular workout? I will show you, step by step. I have built, tested, and refined these programs while working with over 100 people across the country. If my programs can work for them, they can work for you.

I am a certified NASM trainer, an educated nutritionist, and a certified boxing coach. In addition to my certifications, I've done training and mentorship programs under fitness legends like Pat Davidson and Don Saladino.
