  • Yes. With 30 Day Shred, you will get access to 30 unique videos designed to be completed in the span of 30 days. Don't worry, I walk you through warm-ups, cool-downs, and stretches to minimize soreness and maximize your performance.

  • Sometimes, life happens. If you miss a day, that's totally fine. Just start back-up right where you leftoff. Don't skip the day altogether. Just make it up when you can and finish when you're able to.

  • For these 30 days of workouts, I've pulled from my extensive experience and professional training to create a program that is accessible to as many people as possible. Modifications are also included that can either decrease or increase the challenge. Regardless of your age or the current shape you're in, you should be able to complete this program.

    That said, if you're still unsure or you'd prefer to have something more customized, don't hesitate to reach out.

  • Nope! When you sign-up, you'll create an account that will allow you to access the 30 Day Shred videos for as long as you want to. Though the program is designed as a workout to be completed in 30 days, some people need a few extra days to finish the program. Alternatively, you may want to repeat the program and increase the intensity.

  • Though 30 Day Shred doesn't require equipment, you can incorporate it into a number of the exercises we'll be doing. The choice is yours.

  • Results can vary depending on the intensity of your workouts and the modifications you make. Your diet also plays a critical role. That said, if you stay consistent, you push yourself, and you either maintain or decrease your current caloric intake, you can expect to see a reduction in fat and more definition in your muscles.

  • Once you've completed the program, you're free to repeat it at a higher intensity. Alternatively, you can checkout my Summer Shred program. My name is Austin Gelhar. I'm a certified personal trainer and the developer of the 30 Day Shred. Change is hard. That's why I created a simple, effective 30-day workout program that anyone can do from anywhere. If you're willing to stay committed, you'll be amazed by what you're able to achieve.

All it takes is discipline, desire, and habit. I can help with that.

In addition to being a certified trainer through NASM, I'm also an educated nutritionist and certified boxing coach. I've done training and mentorships and courses under fitness legends like Pat Davidson and Don Saladino. With me as your trainer, you can trust you're getting proven guidance using the best methods.
