My Story

When I decided to become a personal trainer in Minneapolis, I knew I had to reach a higher standard. I started the education process and now I’m a certified personal trainer, educated nutritionist, certified USA boxing coach and I’ve completed many other continued education courses and mentorships. On top of my education, I needed to live out the principles I would be teaching so I could show what was possible.

Over the past 3 years, I've managed to add over 30 pounds of muscle to my frame while reducing my body fat. It hasn't always been easy, but I feel better and stronger than I ever have.

Despite what you may think, I don't spend all day, every day at the gym. I love going to new restaurants, playing video games, riding my motorcycle, traveling the world, and spending time with my wife and kid. Physical fitness is important, but so is living a life you enjoy.

It's a balance, and if you struggle to maintain that balance, I'd love to help.

My Vision

There are hundreds of thousands of personal trainers in the US. Just in Minneapolis, you can find countless people offering personal training programs. When I started this business, I knew I had to build something that was unique and true to who I am. It starts with a strong foundation. Everything I create and teach is based on science, research, and proven results.

From there, it's about meeting people where they're at and focusing on where they're trying to go. Fitness is not one-size-fits-all. My personal training, whether in-person or virtual, starts with sitting down and learning about you. From there, I'm able to build a custom workout program and nutrition plan that you can follow, trust, and will bring the results you want to see. If you want to burn fat, we can do that. If you want a bigger butt, we can work on that too.

Of course, not everyone has the budget or time for personal training. That's why I've also created a series of effective training programs that allow people to workout wherever they're at with whatever equipment they have. These programs are also customizable, allowing people to increase or decrease intensity as needed.

The ultimate goal of any of my services is to remove the excuses, create clear action steps, and empower people to take control of their lives. It's not just about looking good. It's about strengthening your mind and body and realizing just how capable you are.

A program for anyone who wants to build consistency and kickstart their fitness journey.

This 30 day workout program doesn't require any equipment, gym memberships, or fitness knowledge. I'll guide you step-by-step through 30 days of stretches and exercises, while also offering modifications so you can customize workouts as needed.

Weights and bands can be incorporated to increase intensity.
